In The Father’s Hand Children’s Home
in Port-de-Paix, Haiti

The Pensacola for Haiti Concert and ongoing campaign will raise funds to help rebuild facilities at the “In the Father’s Hand” Children’s Home and Community Center in Port-de-Paix, Haiti that were damaged in the January 12, 2010 earthquake. 120 children make their home at the center, 41 of whom were recently relocated to the United States into new adoptive homes. Since the quake, the ministry and visiting volunteers, have been serving the Port-de-Paix community, through medical, food and construction assistance. The center must be rebuilt for this community service to continue and for ongoing needs of the children. It is estimated that at least $250,000 will be needed to rebuild the center. An offering for that purpose will be received at the concert.
